Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days at our UK-based warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it is placed. Please ensure all details are correct when checking out.

During high volume periods, processing can take up to 5 business days. You will receive confirmation when your order ships with tracking details to monitor its progress directly via Royal Mail.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, considering the additional time required for shipments from the United States or Korea. This ensures that your orders reach you securely and in excellent condition. Please note any tax from International Delivery is included in your price paid at checkout.

International Delivery to UK Tax:

• Included in Price: Please note that any tax from international delivery is already included in the price you paid at checkout. This is to provide you with a seamless and transparent shopping experience, and there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we regret to inform you that we cannot make changes to it. Therefore, please double-check all details during the checkout process to ensure accuracy.
